A selection of platforms and systems I've architected and built — across hosting infrastructure, AI, healthcare, and interactive experiences.

Bigscoots

A legacy hosting platform that couldn't scale. I led the re-architecture from the ground up — decomposing a monolith into Kubernetes-orchestrated services, introducing SSO federation via Auth0, and wiring async job processing with BullMQ so operational workflows no longer blocked the critical path.

OpenGate Cloud

LLM training infrastructure isn't a model problem — it's a plumbing problem. I designed a distributed system that could schedule and execute large-scale compute jobs across Kubernetes nodes without becoming a bottleneck, with clearly defined service boundaries for orchestration, storage, and model lifecycle management.

Ultahost

Most billing platforms are an afterthought bolted onto an existing system. I designed Ultahost's from scratch — tenant data cleanly isolated at the schema level, RBAC enforced across every layer, multiple payment providers coordinated behind a single workflow, and infrastructure provisioned dynamically via Proxmox as customers subscribe.

Audi Multi-Touch Table

Three completely different systems — an Electron client, an Unreal Engine rendering pipeline, and cloud APIs — needed to behave as one in a live Audi showroom. I designed the backend integration layer that made that happen reliably, then led the AWS migration that gave the team actual control over deployments.

Healthcare data is unforgiving — a breach isn't just a legal problem, it's a patient safety problem. Contributed to a HIPAA-compliant mobile and web platform with strict access control, encrypted data handling, and API integration patterns that connected devices, labs, and provider systems without leaking data across boundaries.
